Valentine's Day -Home Decor Delights-

Welcome to February...although it is the shortest month of the year, February is also filled with some important holidays/observations/markings, and Valentine's Day is next in the home decor delights category! In my decorating experience, incorporating Valentine's Day decor in your home can make it feel like a delightful haven filled with even more love!

Let's explore some ideas for specific Valentine's Day home decor items:

1) Subtle Touches- Discreet accents such as a front door wreath, red candles and throw pillow covers are simple and lovely.

2) Sweet Treats- Heart-shaped chocolates on display are cute and are easily accessible for satisfying a chocolate craving at any time of the day!

3) Lovely Blooms- A bouquet of roses is a timeless symbol of love. Other classic flowers used for Valentine's Day decor are pink tulips, white lilies and baby's breath. Artificial flowers or flower stems work great as well and can be arranged in vases or mason jars. An artificial berry garland with red hearts is a must for my decorating!

4) Love-Themed Artwork- Place on display paper hearts, love notes, cards or artwork. My favorite is framing artwork created by my children! What beautiful ways to constantly remind you of the love within your home.
